Greenfield build or expansion during running production: we plan your bakery plant from the process outward — process-optimized, energy-efficient and, if you want it, up to the highest degree of automation. The hardest discipline is the one we know best: rebuilding without stopping production. We plan construction phases, interim setups and relocations so that delivery volumes and hygiene stay protected.

More capacity from the space you already have.

Not every goal needs a new building. An existing plant often holds more capacity than it delivers today — when process, layout and technology work together properly. We analyze your production across the entire value chain — dough processing, line utilization, hygiene zoning, energy, material and staff flow — and show you where output, quality and cost are stuck.

A factory project rarely fails because of the technology — it fails at interfaces, schedules and cost. We take overall responsibility and hold every trade together: cost management & reporting · scheduling & schedule control · quality management · documentation · risk management · interface management · contract management. We pay particular attention to keeping the budget — including on very large projects. You don't get ten contractors pointing at each other; you get one partner who owns the project.

    Baking and cooling are the big energy consumers of a bakery plant. That is why energy-efficient solutions are part of the concept. from day one — heat-recovery systems for the waste heat of ovens and refrigeration plants and their smart use as process energy, for cleaning and maintenance. Energy efficiency is planned in, not retrofitted.

  • Smart factory: interfaces from the start.

    We plan the universal interfaces for the data exchange of your equipment right from the start: process parameters are available to higher-level control systems, to quality assurance and to the analysis of your process data. This turns individual machines into a factory you can measure, control and optimize.
