Factory Planning
Greenfield build or expansion during running production: we plan your bakery plant from the process outward — process-optimized, energy-efficient and, if you want it, up to the highest degree of automation.
From product to equipment to building
We plan along one clear chain: your product defines the requirements, the requirements define the equipment — engineered for you, nothing off the shelf. Process reliability comes first; from it follows the efficiency your investment earns its money with. From product and equipment follow, in turn, the requirements for the operator level (operating, changeover, cleaning) and for the built environment (access, production workflows, material and staff flow) — and with them, hygiene and efficiency.
From the inside out
The result is a production that is economical, hygienic and expandable: process and equipment first, then the operator level, then the building — not the other way round.
The right team at the right time
For every project we bring the right team into the project — at the right time: mechanical engineering, process, architecture/building, IT and further disciplines. Not every expert stays for the whole duration, but each one is there exactly when their contribution counts.
Intralogistics included
We plan material and product flow within production along with the line — buffering, storage and transport logic through to packaging, and for frozen goods the cold-chain logistics. No break between equipment and flow.
Scope
Consulting · analysis · master planning · detail planning · realization & commissioning · support in production and use. In detail:
- Master planning: process, layout, technology, process-driven building structure
- Detail planning: equipment, building structure, hygiene and zoning concept
- Tender planning plus technical and commercial specifications
- Packaging: primary, secondary and transport packaging as part of the line plan
- Intralogistics: material and product flow, buffering, storage and transport logic (incl. cold chain for frozen)
- Interface and supplier coordination
Every trade, one person responsible
Construction, equipment installation, building services, automation: instead of ten contractors pointing at each other, we coordinate the entire execution and keep cost, schedule and quality in hand.
Expansion during running production
The hardest discipline: rebuilding without stopping production. We plan construction phases, interim setups and relocations so that delivery volumes and hygiene stay protected.
Commissioning through Start of Production
Connecting a line is one thing — running it in so that a sellable product comes off the belt in consistent quality and planned volume is another. We stay for exactly that step:
- Technical: commissioning equipment, controls, automation, safety, interfaces.
- Technological: recipes, dough and process parameters, line tuning — until the product is right.
We ramp the line up step by step, fix bottlenecks in real time, train your team on the running line and hand over only when output and quality reach the planned figures.
